SAMPLE TYPE
- We recommend sending at least 10 plucked hairs.
- Hair/fur needs to be plucked to give us the best possible chance of obtaining DNA from the hair follicle or root.
- If you wish to send in an alternate sample type please contact our offices before doing so.
SAMPLING KIT
If you already have materials to send over your sample that is not a problem as long as they are sterile and secure.
If you would like us to send out a free kit, please email sales@chxout.com. We will also double check upon receipt of your order to see if you require any sampling materials.
- Please note that the return postage of your sample(s) is not included in the service price.
- Please remember that we do not operate on weekends or bank holidays and that the day your sample arrives at our laboratory is considered ‘Day 0’.
